Agent Failed to Publish

Hi, I tried creating an agent but noticed that I couldn’t add a workflow to it. After adding my MCPs and system prompt and then publishing it, I found that when I opened the agent again, all the modifications and additions I made were not saved. Did I miss a step, or is there something I did that caused the agent to fail saving?
