Embed code does not work

I placed the embed code (script) on the website as instructed: "Copy and paste the embed code into your website's HTML, usually before the closing </body> tag." However, it didn’t work. When I published the page, the site didn’t open. Is there any tutorial or FAQ about this?

Is there a way to do the embed code using an HTML iframe?
