Description:
Create a tiered, action-based certification pathway for AgenticFlow users—validating hands-on platform expertise and enabling shareable digital credentials. Inspired by Katalon’s model of criteria-driven milestones and automated badge issuance :

• Tiers & Criteria

  • Practitioner: Build X simple workflows, execute Y runs, connect Z integrations.

  • Professional: Author M multi-agent workflows, leverage advanced features (e.g. variables, branching), complete N executions.

  • Expert: Design end-to-end solutions (e.g. vision/video pipelines), integrate external APIs, manage P orchestrations at scale.

• Training Paths
  Recommend self-paced “AgenticFlow Academy” courses aligned to each tier, but allow certification purely by meeting usage criteria, without mandatory coursework .

• User Experience

  • Auto-enroll on first Academy login

  • Dashboard showing progress against each tier’s milestones

  • Email notification and digital badge when criteria are met (badges valid for 2 years)

• Sharing & Recognition

  • In-product badge display and LinkedIn share links

  • Public leaderboard or “Certified Experts” directory

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Portal & Enrollment: Academy portal integrated; users auto-join certification program upon first access.

2. Milestone Tracking: Back-end logic to record user actions (workflow creation, executions, integrations) and front-end UI to display progress.

3. Certificate Issuance: Automated email with PDF certificate and badge graphics when milestones complete.

4. Badge Management: Generate unique, tamper-proof digital badges; provide LinkedIn/Slack share buttons.

5. Validity & Renewal: Certificates expire after 2 years; renewal pathway defined.

6. Community Feedback: Feature flagged for voting in public roadmap.
