Native Connection Health Check & Basic Alerting (Email, Telegram, etc)

Have a section in "Connections" (for BYOK keys, MCP server URLs) that shows the health status (e.g., Green = OK, Red = Failed to connect/authenticate).

Also an option to receive an email alert or telegram notification if a previously working connection starts failing. Prevents silent failures when connected services change credentials or go offline.
