User Permission Controls - Major Risk

I recently purchased AgenticFlow via AppSumo on the Tier 4 plan, which allows for up to 25 users. While I’m excited about the platform's potential, I’ve encountered a significant concern that I hope you’ll consider addressing as a priority feature request.

Currently, all 25 users in the same workspace have access to everything (editing as well)— workflows, agents, etc. This raises serious concerns about data integrity, security, and operational control, even for small teams.

As a small business, what we’ve built within AgenticFlow (months or even years) represents valuable intellectual property and countless hours of work. The idea that any of the 25 users can view, edit, or even delete everything in the workspace is a major risk. In effect, this makes a 25-user plan no more secure than a single-user plan in terms of access control.

Consider this: if even one of those 25 users (whether through error or bad intent) deletes a key agent or disrupts a critical automation, the impact could be devastating. For growing businesses, role-based permissions aren’t a luxury — they’re a necessity. Even companies with just 2 or 3 staff need the ability to restrict access to only what each user needs.

Feature Request Summary:

  • Enable role-based access control (RBAC) within a single workspace

  • Allow admins to assign permissions to users (e.g., view-only, edit, no access)

  • Option to restrict users to specific apps, workflows, or agents

  • Even better, allow workspaces for higher tier plans

This would significantly increase trust in the platform’s readiness for real-world business use and allow your customers to scale securely with confidence.

Thank you for considering this important feature. I’m hopeful to see it on the roadmap soon.
