WhatsApp Integration for AgenticFlow Agents

We’d love to request a feature that enables publishing AgenticFlow agents directly to WhatsApp, allowing businesses to deploy conversational AI within the world’s most widely used messaging platform.

Why This Matters:
WhatsApp is critical for real-time customer engagement, especially in e-commerce, support, and global B2C communication. A built-in WhatsApp channel would help users launch AI-powered assistants for order updates, lead gen, FAQs, and support—instantly accessible via mobile.

Proposed Features:

• Integration fields for App ID, App Secret, Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and Access Token (temporary or long-term).

• Automatic webhook configuration (via Coze).

• QR code and link sharing to onboard users quickly.

• Business verification support for custom agent names and broader user access.

• Ability to replace test numbers with official WhatsApp Business accounts post-verification.

With this feature, AgenticFlow would empower users to build and deploy WhatsApp-native AI agents in minutes, unlocking high-impact use cases in global markets.
